Job Summary

Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and attend to their food and beverage requirements.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain proper table setup and cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and service.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Clear tables and arrange service items as required.
- Check and replenish necessary service items.
- Follow all management rules, policies,



and instructions.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 10th / Plus Two preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in a restaurant, hotel, hospital canteen, or similar establishment will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Pleasant attitude and valuable personal hygiene.
- Teamwork and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.

Salary: As per applicable minimum wage / management policy

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
