Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals based on client requirements.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their project requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into successful projects.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/technical team to prepare suitable proposals.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Online Bidder/Bidding Executive.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Robust proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and lead-generation skills.
- Knowledge of IT/software services will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently.
