About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Store Executive – Sales & Delivery to manage day-to-day store activities, customer orders, sales, product packing, and home deliveries at BerryMelon Café.

The ideal candidate should be customer-friendly, active, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple store-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Attend to customers, take orders, and provide positive customer service.
- Handle billing, order processing, and payment collection as required.
- Promote and upsell BerryMelon products such as fruit shakes, smoothies, fruit salads, and other products.
- Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and hygienically.
- Manage home deliveries and ensure orders reach customers on time.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/store team for timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
- Assist with receiving, arranging, and maintaining stock and inventory.
- Check product availability and inform the Store Manager about stock requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the store.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic customer complaints professionally.
- Support promotional activities and local sales initiatives.
- Follow company rules, hygiene standards,



and operating procedures.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, café, food service, delivery, or sales will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of billing and digital payments.
- Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be comfortable with both store work and delivery responsibilities.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred if delivery is part of the role.

Working Expectations

The employee is expected to actively support the overall functioning of the outlet and may be assigned different responsibilities based on daily business requirements, including store operations, customer service, sales, order packing, inventory support, and home delivery.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
