Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in government liaison, inter-departmental coordination, welfare schemes, consultancy services, or related coordination roles.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline. Candidates with experience in government projects, welfare schemes, public-sector programs, or consultancy services will be preferred.

Role Summary

The Convergence & Coordination Lead / Cluster Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with government departments, authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective implementation and convergence of programs and activities. The role will act as a key nodal point for departmental coordination, official visits, meetings, calendars, and liaison activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the Department Coordinator and Nodal Officer for assigned departments and stakeholders.

· Facilitate inter-departmental coordination and convergence for program activities and initiatives.

· Serve as a key liaison point between the Authority and concerned government departments/agencies.

· Coordinate and oversee departmental visits, official meetings, inspections, and review activities.

· Maintain and manage departmental calendars, meeting schedules, visit plans, and coordination activities.





· Coordinate arrangements and requirements with concerned departments and authorities for official visits and programs.

· Establish and maintain effective communication with government officials, departments, and other stakeholders.

· Follow up on departmental requests, action points, approvals, and commitments.

· Support the Authority in ensuring timely coordination and implementation of inter-departmental activities.

· Maintain records, correspondence, meeting minutes, action trackers, and coordination reports.

· Monitor progress of assigned coordination activities and provide regular updates to the management/Authority.

· Support convergence of government welfare schemes, services, and departmental initiatives wherever applicable.

· Perform other coordination and liaison responsibilities assigned by the Authority/Project Management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
