E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive
Join our e-commerce company selling reusable hygiene products.
Location: Anaipudur, Tirupur
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Job: Full time, work from office
Qualification: Any Degree
Working hours: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
Weekly holiday: Sunday
Responsibilities
- Coordinate courier pickups, deliveries, and returns.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Handle customer queries over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Guide customers on product usage and care after training.
Requirements
- Basic computer and Excel skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Organised, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- E-commerce experience is a plus.
- Freshers can apply.
