Job Title: HCM Workday Developer (Technical) (7+ years)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- · Customize Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align with business requirements.
- · Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- · Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business processes.
- · Implement processes and solutions to maintain data quality and integrity within Workday.
- · Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support.
- · Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Workday configurations, integrations, and data.
- · Stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.
- · Maintain clear and current documentation for all Workday development activities.




- · Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure functionality and accuracy.

Must-Have Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 6+ years of experience with Workday, including a robust understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials).

· Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and other Workday integration tools.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Experience with Workday reporting and dashboard development.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per year
