About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic GeM Tender Executive for our firm Aar Kay Enterprises. In this role, you will be responsible for searching, analyzing, and bidding on tenders across the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and various other government bidding portals, managing the complete tender lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- GeM Portal Management:
- Regularly search and evaluate relevant tenders/bids in our business categories on the GeM portal.
- Handle product listing, catalogue management, OEM panel approvals, and brand/product additions.
- Tender Bidding & Documentation:
- Thoroughly read and analyze terms & conditions (T&C;) of Bids and Reverse Auctions (RA).
- Prepare and compile all required documentation (OEM authorizations, financial statements, past performance proofs, GST, Udyam MSME, etc.).
- Ensure timely bid submissions and participate in online price bidding.
- Post-Bidding & Follow-up:
- Track tender statuses, evaluation results, and L1 outcomes.
- Coordinate with government departments post-order award,



managing Order Acceptance, dispatches, Consignee Receipt and Acceptance Certificate (CRAC) generation, and billing/invoice submissions.
- Vendor Assessment & Compliance:
- Maintain vendor ratings, track compliance updates, and manage regular profile operations on the portal.

Required Candidate Profile (Skills & Qualifications):

- Education: Graduate in any stream. Candidates with a commerce background will be preferred.
- Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and productive web portal navigation.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English for smooth coordination with government officials.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage strict deadlines and meticulously follow technical parameters and guidelines.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: 8K to 15K
- Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
