Junior Accounts Executive (Immediate Joiners)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, purchase and sales invoices.
- Manage bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Handle retail store sales and payment reconciliation.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other accounting compliances.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Prepare basic MIS and monthly accounting reports.
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements.

Requirements

- B.Com or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail/fashion/FMCG.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Good numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive and detail-oriented person who can independently handle routine accounting work and coordinate with stores, vendors and internal teams.
