We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Optical Technician Cum Sales Executive to join our eye care team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with optical products, frame and lens selection, basic optical measurements, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable spectacle frames, lenses, and optical products.
- Take basic optical measurements and ensure accurate fitting of spectacles.
- Handle lens fitting, frame adjustment, repair, and basic optical troubleshooting.
- Explain lens types, coatings, features, and pricing to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, bills, and assist with order processing.
- Coordinate with laboratories/vendors for spectacle and lens orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and deliveries.
- Maintain proper stock of frames, lenses, and other optical products.




- Keep the optical section clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Support day-to-day operations of the optical department.

Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Opticianry or relevant optical experience preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in optical sales/retail will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of spectacle frames, lenses, lens coatings, and optical products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and positive sales skills.
- Ability to work as part of a professional healthcare team.
- Freshers with relevant qualification may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
