Job Summary

- Support architecture assessments and platform readiness initiatives by performing detailed analysis, producing architecture artefacts, assessing platform capabilities, and providing technical recommendations.

- The SSA works closely with the Lead System Architect (LSA) to document the current state, identify gaps, evaluate options, and prepare implementation-ready deliverables.

Key Accountabilities

- Document the current-state platform, integrations, access model, and evidence gaps.
- Perform hosting, segmentation, and platform readiness assessments.
- Create application, data, integration, and environment architecture artefacts.
- Assess security, DevOps, resilience, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Identify gaps, risks, and remediation actions across the solution landscape.
- Maintain architecture decisions, RAID logs, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare handover packages, operational agreements, and implementation readiness deliverables.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams.
- Support performance analysis, troubleshooting, and technical assessments using Pega diagnostic tools.

Work Result: Provisioned Pega Platform & Implementation handover as per agreed standards
