Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and other financial reports.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, income tax compliance, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and preparation of audit schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and vendor payments.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.




- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- CA Intermediate qualified candidate with relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates with experience in CA firms, corporate finance, or accounting departments will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
