Full-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (B2B Sales) | Vealeo Media

We're looking for an experienced Cold Caller who comes purely from a sales background. This is not a role for freshers: you should already know how cold calling works, have done it day in and day out, and be comfortable picking up the phone again right after a "no". Your job is not to close. Your job is to turn cold leads into warm ones and book meetings for our sales head, who takes the deal from there
(EXPERIENCE COLD CALLING FOR AN AGENCY IS A BONUS).

What you'll do

- Call the lead list given to you every single day, with a minimum of 25 connected conversations a day.
- Pitch Vealeo Media as a production house to Indian brands, starting with health and supplement brands niche.
- Book at least 1 meeting a day with our sales head as the baseline in your first month.
- Follow up with interested leads on WhatsApp: share our portfolio, keep the conversation going and get the meeting on the calendar.
- Hand the lead over once the meeting is booked. Closing is handled end to end by our sales head; you're welcome to sit in on calls to learn how it's done.
- Keep the lead sheet updated daily with call outcomes and pending follow-ups.

What we're looking for

- A hardcore seller with a pure sales mindset.
- Thick skin: you handle rejection without taking it personally, and you call again.
- Confidence and persuasion on the phone, including getting past gatekeepers and handling objections.
- Someone target-driven,



who treats the daily and weekly numbers as non-negotiable.
- Self-discipline to run a rigorous calling routine remotely, without being chased.
- The ability to pick up a new offer quickly and explain it simply.

Requirements

- 1+ year of hands-on cold calling experience. Freshers will not be considered.
- B2B calling experience is required; agency cold calling is a solid plus.
- Fluent English is non-negotiable, and fluent Hindi is equally important.
- Comfortable following up on WhatsApp and maintaining a basic tracker.
- Your own phone, laptop, stable internet and a quiet place to call from.
- A 60-second voice note in English introducing yourself is mandatory with your application.

Role details

- Full-time, REMOTE.
- Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. Saturday and Sunday are off.
- Commission is 5% of the first month's billing for every client closed from a meeting you booked with no cap.
- A company SIM is provided and all recharges are covered by us.
- You'll be given the daily lead list, a clear brief on what to pitch, and your targets.
- The first 30 days are a probation period, and we continue based on performance.

Pay: ₹16,200.00 - ₹19,200.00 per month
