Job Title: Onboarding Executive
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Can Apply)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month (In-hand)
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (Work From Home)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:45 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Executive to manage end-to-end employee onboarding activities. The candidate will be responsible for employee documentation, joining formalities, HR records, and coordination with internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation activities.
- Liaise with payroll, IT, administration, and other departments for onboarding requirements.




- Maintain employee databases and HRMS records accurately.
- Track onboarding progress and prepare regular status reports.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding processes.
- Strong documentation and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
