GoldCrownLabs LLC, a CRO agency for DTC e-commerce brands, is hiring a business analyst to find and drive revenue growth.

Job Type: Part time, remote, or hybrid,

Responsebility
Build and own a revenue dashboard: monthly revenue, revenue per client, margins and pipeline.
Find upsell and retention opportunities with existing clients.
Review pricing and service packages and model their revenue impact.
Present monthly findings and turn them into tracked initiatives with the team.

Requirements
3+ years in business analysis, RevOps or growth, ideally at an agency or SaaS company.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets and a BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau). Understanding of agency economics: retainers, margins, CAC and LTV.
Clear written and spoken English.
Nice to have: CRO, Shopify, GA4 or HubSpot experience.
