About the Role

Are you a passionate, detail-driven interior designer ready to turn creative concepts into stunning, real-world spaces? We are looking for an energetic Senior Interior Designer to play a pivotal role in driving our projects from initial spark to final handover. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, lead 3D designers, and site teams—blending creative vision with sharp execution to bring high-impact interior projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Client & Site Engagement: Lead and participate in key client discovery meetings at office and project sites; conduct thorough site surveys, measurements, and photographic documentation.
- Design & Technical Execution: Collaborate closely with our Lead 3D Designer to translate creative concepts into precise, production-ready AutoCAD drawings.
- Material & Decor Curation: Research cutting-edge decor, finishes, and materials; manage sourcing, availability, pricing, and organized client selection boards.
- Project Planning & BOQ Management: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and develop master schedules coordinating designers, contractors, clients,



and vendors.
- In office Supervision & Quality Control: Perform active site visits to explain technical details to vendors and ensure flawless execution aligned with the design vision.
- Client Communication & Project Tracking: Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients, delivering regular progress updates and maintaining daily project tracking sheets.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in interior design execution and client management.
- Technical Proficiency:
- AutoCAD (Expert drafting & detailing)
- SketchUp (3D modeling & spatial visualization)
- MS Office Suite (Excel spreadsheets, tracking, and scheduling)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, excellent time management, and a sharp eye for aesthetic and execution detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,497.87 - ₹65,772.94 per month
