About the Role

ProQruit Inc. is looking for energetic, ambitious, and people-oriented candidates for the position of Sales Management Trainee. The role involves field sales, customer interaction, campaign execution, and business development, with opportunities to develop sales, communication, leadership, and team management skills.

- Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and the public to promote campaigns, products, or services.
- Execute field sales and marketing activities.
- Generate leads, engage prospective customers, and support customer acquisition.
- Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally.
- Work towards daily and weekly performance targets.
- Coordinate with team members and reporting managers to achieve business objectives.
- Develop practical skills in sales,



team coordination, client interaction, and leadership.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and management practices.
- Target-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable interacting with new people.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
