About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Coordinator to work across our photography and film projects, with a robust focus on creative planning, visual research and creative feedback.

The role involves understanding briefs, developing visual references and shoot decks,contributing to creative ideas, and reviewing photographs, films and edits to ensure the finalwork is aligned with the intended direction.

We’re looking for someone with a strong visual instinct, excellent attention to detail and a genuine understanding of photography and film.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Planning

● Understand briefs and translate them into clear visual references.

● Research photography, film, fashion, interiors, design and advertising references.

● Create moodboards, shoot decks and reference boards.

● Contribute ideas around composition, framing, lighting, styling, colour and visual

treatment.

● Help develop a clear visual approach for shoots.

Creative Review & Feedback

● Review photographs, videos and edits at different stages.

● Identify details that need improvement across framing, composition, lighting, colour,

styling and editing.

● Give clear, specific and constructive feedback to photographers, filmmakers and

editors.

● Suggest relevant references or alternative approaches when required.

● Review revisions and ensure the creative intent is maintained through to the final

output.

Creative Awareness

● Stay updated with current photography, film, advertising, fashion, interiors and

design.

● Follow photographers, filmmakers, creative studios,



publications and campaigns.

● Bring fresh and relevant visual references and ideas to projects.

● Have an understanding of what feels current, considered and visually strong.

What We’re Looking For

● 2–3+ years of relevant experience in photography, videography, filmmaking,

creative production, visual communication, design or a related field.

● Strong creative and visual instinct.

● Excellent attention to detail and high standards for creative work.

● Good understanding of photography and/or film.

● Understanding of composition, framing, lighting, colour, styling and visual storytelling.

● Ability to critically assess creative work and clearly articulate what can be improved.

● Strong visual research and reference-finding skills.

● Good communication and ability to work independently.

Photography or videography experience is strongly preferred.

Experience creating moodboards, creative decks, shoot references or visual treatments

is a plus.

The Right Fit

Someone who naturally notices the small things, has a strong visual sensibility, is constantly

curious about good photography and film, and can confidently answer:

“What’s working here, what isn’t, and how can we make it better?”

Working Structure

● Part time: approximately 3 to 4 hours per day

● 6 days a week

● Primarily Work from Home

● Hybrid in Kolkata

● Occasional in-person meetings, generally around once a week

● Creative discussions and reviews through phone, WhatsApp and online meetings

Compensation: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and creative

expertise.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
