About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Sweet Maker to prepare high-quality traditional and modern sweets in our kitchen. You will be responsible for taste, consistency, and hygiene in every batch.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of sweets (e.g., laddu, barfi, halwa, gulab jamun, or as per our menu)
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, texture, and quality
- Manage ingredients, stock, and wastage
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Plan production based on daily and festival demand
- Help train and guide junior kitchen staff

Requirements

[1-3] years of experience in sweet making

- Knowledge of sugar syrups, khoya, dairy-based, and dry-fruit sweets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and handle bulk orders
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene (FSSAI/food safety training is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work extra during festivals
