Role Overview

Moksha Productions is seeking a high-performing Business Development professional (or Consultant) with strong industry connections and a proven track record of acquiring brands and corporate clients for commercial and fashion productions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base across campaign shoots, look books, micro-dramas, and digital content productions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, target, and acquire new brand, agency, and D2C clients for production requirements.
- Drive business growth for campaign shoots, look books, creative/commercial shoots, video content, and micro-dramas.
- Pitch end-to-end creative production capabilities to brand managers, marketing heads, and agency leads.
- Manage client relationships from initial prospecting through contract negotiation to deal closure.
- Stay aligned with market trends across fashion, advertising, and creative production to identify emerging revenue streams.




- Work closely with the internal production team to ensure project viability, accurate scoping, and seamless handover.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 7–8 years of core business development experience within Fashion, Advertising, Creative Production, or Media.
- Established industry network and direct relationships with brands, creative agencies, fashion houses, and marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of the fashion, advertising, and video/content production ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, pitching, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented mindset with a history of hitting revenue goals.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
