About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive sales and business development for our solar energy products and equipment across the Pune region.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, site visits, lead generation, client presentations, follow-ups, and lead closures. The role involves handling both B2B and B2C customers and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales.
- Identify and develop potential customers, dealers, businesses, industries, builders, contractors, and residential clients.
- Handle incoming leads and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and assess project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver effective client presentations on solar products, solutions, benefits, and ROI.
- Explain technical and commercial aspects of solar equipment in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Coordinate with clients from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and installation.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and ensure timely lead closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal technical, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend client meetings, site inspections, and business development meetings as required.




- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments within the Pune region.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, quotations, and sales closures.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, dealer meets, and other marketing initiatives when required.

Required Skills

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate, manage, and close sales leads.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings across Pune Region.
- Ability to handle both B2B and B2C customers.
- Basic understanding of solar energy, solar panels, inverters, and related equipment will be an advantage.
- Good follow-up and client coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or Business Management will be preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, solar, electrical, or related industries preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales may also be considered.
