About the Role

We are looking for a confident, resilient, and target-driven Telecaller / Loan Recovery Executive to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing telephonic follow-ups with customers regarding loan repayments, maintaining positive client relations while ensuring timely collections, and supporting the financial portfolio of our NBFC.

If you possess strong negotiation skills, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to handle targets under pressure, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Follow-ups: Make scheduled outbound calls to customers regarding upcoming, due, or overdue loan EMI payments.
- Negotiation & Resolution: Understand customer financial situations, negotiate mutually agreeable payment arrangements, and secure timely settlements while maintaining professional conduct.
- Payment Tracking: Guide customers on available digital payment modes, track collections daily,



and ensure accurate updates in the system.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous logs of all customer conversations, follow-up dates, payment commitments, and dispute resolutions in the database/CRM.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries regarding loan accounts, outstanding statements, and closure processes politely and effectively.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Plus Two / Graduation (Any Degree).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telecollections, recovery, debt management, or customer service (NBFC/Banking background is a strong plus).
