MIDWEST FOOD Technology is a growing food-processing equipment manufacturing company developing and manufacturing industrial machinery for customers in India and international markets.

We are looking for a mature, proactive and people-oriented HR professional who can take ownership of our complete HR function and help us build a strong, disciplined and growth-oriented organisation.

What You Will Be Responsible For

* Complete HR operations and employee lifecycle management

* Recruitment of engineering, production, fabrication, assembly and office staff

* Develop and maintain proper HR policies, processes and documentation

* Attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records

* Performance management and employee development

* Joining, induction and onboarding

* Training and skill development

* Employee engagement and grievance handling

* Labour law and statutory compliance

* Develop systems for discipline, accountability and performance

* Support management in building the right organisational structure and culture

The Person We Are Looking For

We want someone who is:

* Proactive and responsible

* Strong in communication and people management

* Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting

* Capable of independently handling HR activities

* Practical, disciplined and solution-oriented

* Good at recruitment and identifying the right people for the right roles

* Able to work closely with management and employees





* Interested in building HR systems rather than only handling routine administration

Manufacturing Experience – Advantage

Experience in engineering, manufacturing, machinery, automotive, fabrication or industrial companies will be highly preferred.

You should understand that a manufacturing organisation has very different manpower requirements across:

Design → Production → Fabrication → Welding → Assembly → Quality → Stores → Projects → Administration

Candidate Profile

Experience: 5+ years preferred

Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR / MSW / relevant HR qualification

Location: Talegaon Dabhade, Pune

Employment: Full-Time
