Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head
We’re looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to generate leads, engage customers, and support sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads, customers, dealers & distributors
- Explain products, pricing, offers & ordering process
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate customer information
- Generate leads and coordinate meetings/follow-ups for the sales team
- Follow up on quotations, samples, orders & repeat purchases
- Maintain call records, lead stages & follow-up schedules
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams




- Prepare daily calling & lead-generation reports

✅ Requirements

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support or FMCG experience preferred
- Freshers with solid communication skills can apply
- Excellent Hindi + working English
- Good communication, persuasion & follow-up skills
- Basic Excel & computer knowledge
- Target-oriented and customer-focused

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
