About the Role

We are looking for an Account Management Intern to support our e-commerce team in managing marketplace accounts and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, problem-solving, and understanding how brands grow on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the team in managing day-to-day communication with marketplace partners.
- Assist in tracking account performance, sales, orders, and key business metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for marketplace accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, marketing, creative, and supply chain.
- Follow up on marketplace requirements, campaigns, promotions, and deliverables.
- Help identify account-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.




- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and product visibility.
- Assist in preparing business reviews and performance updates.
- Maintain account trackers and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Interest in e-commerce, D2C, and digital business.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers and students pursuing Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields can apply.
