We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive Intern to support our finance and accounting operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial record management, invoicing, and day-to-day financial administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Support the preparation and recording of invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Help organize and maintain accounting documents and files.
- Assist in updating accounting software and spreadsheets.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper records of bills, vouchers, and financial transactions.
- Ensure documents are filed and stored accurately.
- Support compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Data Management & Reporting
- Enter financial data into accounting systems and Excel sheets.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and summaries.
- Assist in generating financial statements and reports under supervision.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices and payments.
- Support team members in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Tally
