Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Fertility Patient Support Executive to coordinate with patients and couples throughout their fertility treatment journey. The role involves patient communication, appointment coordination, treatment follow-up, and maintaining a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with couples and patients throughout their IVF/fertility treatment journey.
- Explain appointments, treatment schedules, procedures, and required follow-ups clearly.
- Coordinate patient visits with doctors, nurses, embryology, billing, and other departments.
- Maintain regular communication with patients and provide timely updates.
- Support patients with appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up coordination.




- Address patient queries professionally and escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate medical team.
- Maintain accurate patient coordination records and follow-up details.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience at the centre.
- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled consultations, investigations, and treatment visits.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies and patient-care standards.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in IVF, fertility care, hospitals, healthcare coordination, or patient relations is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Patient-friendly attitude with skilled behaviour.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
