We are looking for a confident and energetic Study Visa Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students and parents, understanding their study-abroad requirements, generating appointments, and following up with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding study visa and overseas education opportunities.
- Understand students' academic profiles, career goals, budget, and preferred destination.
- Provide basic information about study destinations, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
- Schedule counselling appointments with the visa counsellor.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students and convert leads into counselling visits.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/system.
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with the counselling and visa filing team for smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Presentable, positive, and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of Study Visa / Overseas Education will be an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, education consultancy, or immigration will be preferred.
