1. Sales Manager

Experience: 3–5 years in sales, preferably in the hotel, resort, hospitality, wedding, banquet, or event management industry.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate business for weddings, destination weddings, corporate events, parties, conferences, and other functions.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, corporates, and potential clients.
- Manage client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and bookings.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain sales reports, follow up on leads, and improve overall business performance.

Requirements: Solid communication, negotiation, leadership, and client relationship management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
