Business Development Executive - Telesales

Job Summary

Star Publicity is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for outbound telesales and client acquisition. The role involves calling potential business clients, generating leads, following up with prospects, and promoting our outdoor advertising solutions including hoardings, LED screens and OOH media.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.

· Explain company services including hoardings, LED screens, and outdoor advertising solutions.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns.

· Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

· Support business development activities and achieve targets.

Requirements

· Minimum 6 months - 1 yr. experience in telecalling/telesales however, any type of Advertisement Industry / Media Industry / Event Management Industry would be preferred.





· Good communication and convincing skills.

· Basic understanding of sales and client handling.

· Comfortable working on calls and handling targets.

· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling records, etc.).
