Job Description – Excel Operator / MIS Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily reports, Excel sheets, and company records.
- Handle Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and data sorting.
- Maintain daily attendance, manpower deployment, and site-wise work progress reports.
- Prepare material consumption statements, stock records, and work measurement sheets.
- Maintain purchase orders (POs), work orders (WOs), quotations, invoices, and billing records.
- Prepare RA bill summaries, payment tracking sheets, and outstanding payment reports.
- Maintain labour records, wage details, and site expense reports.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and the accounts team to collect and update data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.




- Ensure accuracy of data entry and proper documentation of company records.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data management.
- Basic knowledge of billing, accounting, and office documentation.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime will be an added advantage.
- Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential company information.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate; commerce background preferred.
- 1 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply.

Salary

As per experience and skill level.
