Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lucknow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry, and a strong passion for developing business and building long-term customer relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Development: Identify and pursue recent sales opportunities in the building materials market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, dealers, and other key customers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including specifications, applications, and industry standards.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.




- Business Development: Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, and report progress to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in building materials sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network is an advantage.
- Ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits.
