Experience: 2–5 years preferred in Apparel/Garment Manufacturing
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections at different stages of garment production.
- Inspect fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and final products.
- Identify defects and take corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure products comply with approved samples, measurements, specifications, and buyer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor recurring defects and recommend preventive measures.
- Conduct final quality inspections before dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and SOPs.
- Support internal quality audits and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of garment quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of AQL and defect classification.
- Positive understanding of garment construction, stitching, measurements, and finishing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Preferred Experience
Experience in apparel manufacturing, especially denim, woven, or knit garments, will be preferred.
Education
Diploma/Degree in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
