Key Responsibilities:
- Handle retail sales and distribution in Pune market
- Develop new retailers, distributors and market areas
- Drive primary & secondary sales
- Regular market visits and order booking
- Ensure product availability and merchandising
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers/distributors
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends
- Follow up on payments and outstanding
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and achieve assigned targets
Candidate Profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage Sales
- Good knowledge of Pune market
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales
- Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving licence
- Hindi & English communication required
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
