A Little Flower Academy is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and enthusiastic TGT English Teacher to join its academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and nurturing students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Teach English effectively to students at the TGT level.

Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, and assessments.

Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and communication skills.

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Conduct regular classwork, homework, tests, and assessments.

Evaluate students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain academic records and complete assigned school documentation on time.

Participate actively in PTMs, school activities, assemblies, examinations, and other academic events.

Communicate professionally with students, parents, and fellow teachers.

Follow the school’s academic guidelines, discipline policies, and standards.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) with English

B.Ed. is mandatory/preferred

Candidates with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS





Excellent fluency in spoken and written English

Strong knowledge of English grammar and literature

Good classroom management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prepare engaging and activity-based lessons

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools

Positive attitude, punctuality, discipline, and professionalism

Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff

EXPERIENCE

5 years of teaching experience preferred.

Freshers with strong subject knowledge and valuable communication skills may also be considered.
