The Associate Management Consultant works with senior consultants to solve client business problems through research, analysis, and execution. You’ll be client-facing, data-driven, and responsible for turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking
- Build financial models, business cases, and data analysis in Excel/PowerPoint
- Support in client interviews, workshops, and data collection
- Prepare presentations and reports for client leadership
- Identify root causes of business challenges in areas like Strategy, Operations, Growth, Cost Optimization
- Help design solutions and implementation roadmaps
- Work closely with Managers/Executives on 2-3 projects at a time
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality of work
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA
- Experience: 1-3 years
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills + proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and travel as needed
- Client-focused mindset and quick learner
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
