Responsibilities:

- ​Design 3D models and layouts for custom SPM, automated assembly stations, and fixtures based on client scope.
- ​Create 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T;, fits, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- ​Size and select bought-out items (pneumatics, servo motors, gearboxes, LM guides, ball screws).
- ​Prepare multi-level Bills of Materials (BOM) for fabrication, hardware, and standard parts.
- ​Apply DFMA principles to optimize parts for CNC machining, sheet metal, and shop-floor assembly.
- ​Support assembly, testing, and commissioning; resolve interference issues via ECNs.

​Requirements:

- ​Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- ​Experience: 1–4 years in special purpose machines, custom automation, or tooling design.
- ​CAD Skills: Proficient in SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, or NX.
- ​Core Knowledge: Pneumatics, mechanical linkages, indexing mechanisms, and machining processes.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
