Designation: Project Engineer/Sr. Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Support development of Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) and pressure sensors (TBAP and TMAP).
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate sensor solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements with minimal supervision.
- Lead sensor development and modification projects, ensuring timely delivery through effective project management.
- Manage project milestones, risk assessment, mitigation plans, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to drive project execution.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide support to internal and external customers.
- Investigate design and process-related issues using 7-Step/8D problem-solving methodologies.
- Interpret system drawings, electronic schematics, and validation requirements.
- Analyze, review and prepare sensor design related technical documentation, including DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, validation reports and analysis reports.




- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership teams.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

- Qualification - B.E. / B-Tech Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent engineering discipline.
- Experience Range – 3 to 6 Years
- Experience with Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT), TBAP, TMAP, or similar automotive/industrial sensors.
- Robust understanding of electronics, sensor technologies, and product development processes.
- Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, power meters, and DC power supplies.
- Ability to interpret electronic schematics, system drawings, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R;, validation testing, and failure analysis processes.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience in root cause analysis using 7-Step and/or 8D methodologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
