Job Description – Senior Engineer

Location: Delhi
Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Lead the overall maintenance of laundry equipment and technical systems.
- Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Handle and troubleshoot major and minor machine breakdowns.
- Ensure timely repair and minimize machine downtime.
- Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of laundry equipment.
- Identify technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Supervise and coordinate the engineering/maintenance team.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts planning.
- Ensure machine availability and reliable plant operations.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth plant functioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Requirements





- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in maintenance.
- Strong experience in laundry equipment maintenance or similar industrial equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance planning.
- Ability to handle critical breakdowns independently.
