Key Responsibilities

- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, and other metals as required.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
- Prepare, clean, and fit metal components before welding.
- Set up welding machines and adjust current, voltage, and gas flow.
- Ensure proper weld quality, strength, and finishing.
- Inspect welded joints for cracks, porosity, and other defects.
- Follow welding procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Follow workplace safety practices and 5S standards.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in TIG welding.
- Knowledge of welding machines, electrodes, filler rods, and shielding gases.
- Ability to perform exact welding on thin sheets, pipes, or metal components.
- Knowledge of basic fabrication techniques and welding inspection.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
