Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Assist in managing the brand’s Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories and campaign content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and posting schedule.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.

2. Content Creation & Reels

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels and creative posts.
- Assist in product shoots, styling, jewellery photography and video shoots.
- Develop content ideas around jewellery styling, fashion trends, gifting and everyday wear.
- Edit short-form videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar applications.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, calls to action and relevant hashtags.

3. Trends & Competitor Research

- Track trending audio, Reels formats, hashtags, content styles and social media trends.
- Research competitor brands and identify content opportunities.
- Suggest creative ideas aligned with the brand’s premium positioning and target audience.

5. Influencer & Community Coordination

- Assist in identifying relevant fashion, lifestyle and jewellery creators.
- Support influencer outreach, gifting coordination and content follow-ups.
- Help manage community engagement and encourage meaningful audience interactions.
- Track influencer content deliverables and campaign performance.

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track reach, impressions, views, engagement, follower growth and content performance.
- Prepare basic weekly social media performance reports.
- Identify high-performing content formats and suggest improvements.




- Support initiatives to increase profile visits, website traffic and audience engagement.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Fashion or a related field; freshers are welcome.
- Strong interest in social media, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle and digital content.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, trends and short-form video content.
- Basic skills in Canva and video editing applications such as CapCut or similar tools.
- Good written communication and creative caption-writing skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram Insights and basic social media analytics.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage deadlines, take feedback and work collaboratively.
- A portfolio of social media content, Reels or creative projects is an advantage.

- Timely execution of the content calendar.
- Number and quality of Reels, posts and Stories delivered.
- Content reach, video views and engagement rate.
- Growth in followers and profile visits.
- Quality of creative ideas and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Timely coordination of shoots, campaigns and influencer deliverables.
- Contribution to website traffic and campaign engagement.
