About the Role

Icon Hotels India – Bhagini Group is looking for an experienced Hotel Room Sales Manager to drive room sales, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen the hotel's presence in the Marathahalli market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel room sales, strong local market knowledge, and a proven ability to achieve revenue and business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive hotel room sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

· Generate new business through corporate accounts, travel agencies, companies and other relevant channels.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Identify and develop recent business opportunities across Marathahalli and surrounding areas.

· Conduct regular client visits, sales calls and business meetings.

· Generate leads, follow up effectively and convert opportunities into room bookings.

· Negotiate rates and commercial terms within approved guidelines.

· Maintain an active sales pipeline and track business opportunities.

· Work closely with Reservations,



Front Office and Operations teams for smooth booking execution.

· Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to identify revenue opportunities.

· Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on targets and business performance.

Requirements

· 2–5 years of experience in hotel room sales / hospitality sales.

· Strong understanding of corporate and local hotel sales.

· Candidates with strong Marathahalli market knowledge and local business network will be preferred.

· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate room revenue.

· Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship-management skills.

· Self-driven, target-oriented and proactive approach to business development.

· Ability to independently manage accounts, generate leads and close business.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
