Position: Restaurant Steward

Department: Food & Beverage – Stewarding

Reporting To: F&B Captain/Supervisor

Location: Serenity, MIT ADT Rajbaug Campus, Loni Kalbhor, Pune

JOB PURPOSE

To support restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness of crockery, cutlery, glassware, service

areas and restaurant premises while ensuring hygienic and timely support to the service team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Clean and sanitize crockery, cutlery, glassware and service equipment.

 Ensure clean and hygienic items are available for restaurant service.

 Support Servers and Captains during peak service periods.

 Clear used plates, glasses and service items from tables as instructed.

 Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations and back-of-house areas.

 Arrange and replenish cutlery, crockery, napkins and other service items.

 Handle crockery and glassware carefully to minimize breakage.

 Follow proper dishwashing and sanitation procedures.

 Segregate waste according to company procedures.

 Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and stewarding areas.

 Follow FSSAI, HACCP, hygiene, safety and company SOPs.

 Assist with opening and closing cleaning activities.

 Report damaged equipment, shortages,



spillages or maintenance issues immediately.

 Maintain proper grooming, uniform and personal hygiene at all times.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

 Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, café or catering operations

preferred.

 Freshers may be considered.

 Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning procedures.

 Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
