Team Leader – Sales | Popular Hyundai

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the Sales Consultant team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Monitor individual and team performance on a daily and monthly basis.
- Support Sales Consultants in negotiations, customer handling, and closing deals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and pending cases.
- Ensure proper usage and updating of CRM/DMS systems.
- Develop new sales leads through referrals, field activities, digital enquiries, and local marketing.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, and Service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and product training to Sales Consultants.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and share sales performance reports with the Sales Manager.




- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, Hyundai standards, and policies.

Candidate Profile:

- Degree/Diploma preferred.
- 2–4 years of automobile/sales experience, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of automotive products, finance, insurance, and exchange processes.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
