Product Specialist / Account Manager – Kochi & Chennai

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Specialist / Account Manager who will be the bridge between our clients and the TechnoBuild platform. You will help clients understand the value of the software, guide them in using it day to day, and make sure they get real results from it, so they stay with us year after year.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts in your region

2. Onboard new clients and train their teams on TechnoBuild modules (projects, inventory and procurement, HR, assets)

3. Run product demos for prospects and support the sales team in converting leads

4. Guide clients in day-to-day use of the product and resolve their queries quickly

Explain the business value of the platform to clients and show how it fits their workflows

6. Track client usage and satisfaction, and proactively identify issues before they become churn risks

7. Maintain robust relationships to drive renewals, retention and upselling

8. Collect client feedback and share it with the product and tech teams

9. Maintain accurate account records, call notes and follow-ups

10. Visit client sites and offices within your city as needed.

Requirements

Education: B.Com, BCA, M.Com or MBA

Experience: Minimum 1 year in account management, customer success, client servicing, product support or a similar role (SaaS experience is a plus)

Excellent communication in English and Malayalam

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
