About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HR operations and will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and provide accurate inputs for monthly payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, induction, and exit processes.
- Address employee queries and support employees with HR-related concerns.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and other HR documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and compliance-related HR documentation.




- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Coordinate with management and various departments for HR-related requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and skilled workplace environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, leave, and payroll processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude.
