Job Description:
- Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain solar and electrical solutions and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the field sales team.
- Maintain customer details and follow up regularly.
- Achieve daily calling and appointment targets.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Good Tamil communication skills; basic English/Hindi knowledge.
- Basic computer skills and a target-oriented attitude.
- Freshers are welcome; telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
