Job Description

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process documentation
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, handle ledger reviews, and prepare financial statements
- Perform data analysis and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare management information system (MIS) reports, variance analysis, and budget forecasts
- Solid grasp of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), costing methods, and internal controls
- Software Proficiency: knowledge in SAP and Office Tools.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and receivable, invoice booking, payments, and payroll
- Monitor costing, track production variances, and assist with periodic physical inventory counts and valuation.
- Ensure accurate calculation, review and timely filing of GST, TDS, and advance tax commitments
- Coordinate internal, statutory, Tax, GST and bank audits,



ensuring closure of audit remarks
- Liaise with authorities such as GST, TDS, Income Tax and Customs for compliance.
- Support management in financial decision-making
- Manage working capital facilities, Term Loan, letters of credit (LC), bank guarantees (BG), and daily fund management
- Prepare CMA data, project appraisal reports, and documents required by financial institutions
- Ensure timely submission of stock statements, debtor’s statements, and regular banking compliance reports.
- Reporting with Group Companies, reconciliations, RPT transactions and liaising.
- Coordinate with Company Secretaries for board meetings, AGM documentation, updating statutory registers and timely filing of RoC returns.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
