- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel machinery, HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and plumbing.
- Respond promptly to engineering maintenance requests from guest rooms, front desk, and housekeeping to fix operational issues.
- Repair and maintain kitchen appliances, laundry machinery, lighting fixtures, and other essential hospitality equipment.
- Ensure all fire safety, life safety, emergency power systems, and facility safety regulations are strictly met.
- Monitor daily operational logs for boilers, chillers, generators, and water treatment systems to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Track spare parts inventory and monitor utility consumption (electricity, gas, water) to support energy efficiency goals.
- Work alongside external service vendors and contractors during major repair work, system overhauls,



or property renovations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of daily work orders, preventive maintenance logs, and equipment service history.
- Ensure high standards of facility maintenance so guest comfort and daily hotel operations remain uninterrupted.
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer and cross-functional teams (housekeeping, front office, food & beverage) to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per year
