Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling Honda two-wheelers by understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features and benefits, arranging test rides, following up with leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers at the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain Honda motorcycle/scooter models, features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
- Arrange and coordinate test rides for prospective customers.
- Generate recent sales leads through showroom enquiries, phone calls, referrals, and field activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Explain finance, insurance, registration, and other related processes to customers.
- Maintain customer information and update sales records/CRM.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.




- Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry through vehicle delivery.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and local marketing activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the sales manager.

Requirements
