2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems.
- Participate in requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators, architects, business analysts, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Support deployment through appropriate Salesforce DevOps processes.
- Document technical solutions and development activities.

Required Skills





- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce security model, including:
- Profiles
- Permission Sets
- Roles
- Sharing Rules
- Object and Field-Level Security
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work according to EST/U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
